WHITE PHASE

To join SPARTA PMC, you must complete "WHITE PHASE" first.

 

White phase is where you will learn the ropes of what it means to be a part of SPARTA PMC. In this session, you will get outfitted with our kit "game dependent" and then provided with the introduction of our values, vision and mission, which is separate from what is seen in our discord and our website.

 

White Phase typically takes about 1 to 2 days to complete, depending on your level of seriousness and commitment. We recommend you to bring either a notebook, google doc or use a private discord for you to keep notes in. These notes will help you in Blue and Red Phase.

BLUE PHASE

Blue Phase is training day, in this phase you will learn the following so that you can complete Red Phase. Blue Phase takes between 1 and 2 days to complete.

 

- Basic Communications   - Land Navigation   - Close Protection

- High Environment Close Protection   - CQB Course   

- Assault Team Tactics   - Executive Convoy Protection

- Firing Rang Course

RED PHASE

Red Phase is the final day, which typically takes about 1 to 3 days to complete, depending on the squadron or individual. Each course is designed to give you all the tools you need to be able to be successful here in SPARTA PMC. With each phase, we dive into getting to know you and seeing if you are willing to take the time to join us and help us grow. 

 

Our military simulation unit is a realism unit that takes gaming into to a professional and serious experience. So which ever phase your in, be sure to that our milsim is right for you, for some gamers don't join milsims for the RP, but instead of the competitiveness. So make this note now.

SPARTA PMC ONLY COMPETES AGAINST OTHER UNITS THAT ARE DESIGNED SIMILAR TO THE WAY WE ARE; WE DO NOT COMPETE AGAINST COMPETITIVE OR SEMI-REALISM UNITS. ONLY HYPER REALISM & PROFESSIONAL REALISM UNITS.

 

RED PHASE IS THE FINAL PHASE, in this phase we go into a scenario, and depending on how you do, will determine if you get a SPARTA PMC OPERATOR CERTIFICATE or not. If you do not get a certificate, you can retry Red Phase one more time before you are banned from the unit entirely. So please be sure that this is the type of unit that you are interested in joining, before wasting your time and ours.
