We create our own operations.

Our operations have a lore along with a map to go with it on our main game (ArmA Reforger).

Within our operation, the lore doesn't fit in to your schedule, so regardless if we have players active or not, the lore continues daily. This means that the enemy can continue to push the frontlines and even overtake any bases that we currently control.

If we get pushed out of our main base and we lose all of our assets, we spawn at a bivouac (Camp Site) and have to find a way to retake the region.
We play our operations like this to keep our players engaged and active.

How Deployments Work

Deployments work regardless if you are Conventional, Non-Conventional or Private Sector.

In Sparta Corp, you are required to maintain 3 active days a week for at least a mission length, that is 12 days a month. For whatever the reason of your daily life, we do what we can to work with you. If for whatever reason, you can't make the minimum of 3 days a week, don't worry. We have other opportunism for you so you can remain a member.

When on a Deployment, you get points added to your rap-sheet. This gives you opportunity to get promoted and get opportunity to earn commendations.
YES, WE ARE A PRIVATE SECTOR UNIT, And YES!, We give commendations.
A Deployment equals you being in or on a Operation. After you have successfully completed an operation, you will be able to take some R&R (Rest & Relaxation) this means that you get time off.

HOWEVER!
If you fail a mission in the field, or are surrounded and captured. You will become a POW. And Depending on your Sparta Protocols, will determine if a team will be dispatched to rescue you or kill you. This is dependent on whatever your mission was during the operation.
