“Sparta Corp PMC is a Realism Unit will strive to provide the best experience our members can enjoy when they log on. To give them a realistic based military experience in a Private Sector World. Providing them with the tools, assets and knowledge required in military gaming.

Mercenaries and most Private Military Companies do not follow Geneva Convention, which is why they are paid the most to do their jobs. Although gamers will not be paid, they will be rewarded for their hard work and efforts in making our community strong, active and knowledgeable.

SPARTA CORP PMC is a Realism Military Simulation Unit that is based around 3 different companies "Constellis, RSB-Group & the EBSSA". We are a Private Military and Security Company that aims to grow tremendously so that our community can enjoy playing games on a realistic scale on various of games that our member enjoy.

Our primary game is ArmA Reforger, but what ever game that our players want to be on, it is up to the commander that sets up shop on that game. They will be representing SPARTA CORP PMC, but at the end of the day, it is just a game, and we hope that you are being treated fairly and on a realistic level of expertise. With that said, SPARTA CORP PMC is ran as a Dictatorship, not a Democracy. So if you don't like it that way, then you are not playing on a realistic scale in terms of Private Military, so we advise you to look elsewhere. Although it is ran as a dictatorship, we do not allow Tyrants and Power Hungry Mongrels to lead.

Q & A

How old do I have to be to join ?

We accept ages 14+. Maturity is key, and you have to be willing to be active and committed to what SPARTA CORP PMC aims to achieve daily.

Can I be apart of multiple milsims, and still join this outfit?

NO! You can not be a part of multiple military simulation units and join 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐀 𝐂𝚽𝐑𝐏 𝐏𝐌𝐂.
Although most milsim units allow this, we do not, because you will be unreliable in all current and future missions and ops.

Do I have to have a Headset ?

YES! You have to have a working headset that has no static, no background noice and we must be able to hear you clearly in party and in game chat.
Third party apps (Xbox App, Discord, etc) NOT ALLOWED

What if I have to leave for dinner, school, work, etc ?

As long as you tell your first line supervisor before you get online, or leave base. You won't be written up or disciplined later. In the event that you have to leave for an emergency, you won't be written up unless you make a habit out of it.

Does this unit use DOC Files ?

Yes and No. All the information you need can be found on this website or in the discord. The only people who have access to DOC files, are the following people:

- Chain of Command
- Commanders
- Majors
- Master Sergeants
- First Line Supervisors
- Recruiters
- Instructors

Why is there a Chief Financial Officer in your ranks ?

The CFO or Chief Financial Officer is responsible for keeping track of donations, members who help pay for servers, and all payments made to our coders, modders and members who win in Squad Wars and other Special Events.
